Reclaim Your Space Community Sessions

Reclaim Your Space Community Sessions are a time to get support and solidarity as you tend to your home. You might use this time to dive into a clutter clearing project or take care of recurring tasks like laundry or dishes. Either way, you don’t have to go it alone. Many folks meet a high level of resistance to these day-to-day tasks. If you are one of those people, these sessions might be the perfect support.

Through the power of coming alongside other folks who are working on their own projects, we normalize the challenges that come along with maintaining your home and seek to cut through the isolation and shame that can often paralyze us as we seek to create a home that nourishes us. And I am also there, working alongside you and available for coaching, energy support, and design ideas along the way.

Over time you will reclaim your relationship with your physical space and find a rhythm and routine that is gentle, satisfying, and effective.
