ABOUT HEART TO HANDS:

Each human being is born with unique qualities that yearn to develop, be heard and to find voice. As we grow into adults we are taught to behave, be productive, to achieve while this other precious seed retreats and goes unheard. Because of this we often live with an internal clutter of contradicting voices that judge and appraise our actions and tell us who we are.

The process towards listening to one’s essence self is at the heart of this 90 minute workshop as we ‘play’ with color, texture, pattern and form while exploring our emotional responses and quiet moods. We hope to move towards quieting those learned inner voices and move towards a more innate instinctive self .
